NORTHERN NEW JERSEY CITIES AND MUTUALINK INITIATE COMMUNITY-WIDE

EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

Wallingford, CT December 5, 2007 - Mutualink, Inc., an IP-based public safety interoperability service provider, has installed its invitation-based, peer-to-peer interoperable network in the cities of Ridgewood, Paramus and Palisades Park, New Jersey, initiating an unprecedented level of communication among Public Safety dispatch centers, radio systems and other critical facilities throughout the community.

“This is an important first step to achieve community-wide communications among all of our critical assets and agencies as we continue to grow and provide services to surrounding communities,” said Harold (Skip) Cherven, Director of the Northwest Bergen Central Dispatch Center. “In addition, the Mutualink system will aid our efforts to coordinate communications across our multiple radio frequencies."

“We are pleased to be helping the cities of Ridgewood, Paramus and Palisades Park to improve interoperability among their agencies and to enable them to provide a higher level of service and responsiveness to their communities”, said Peter Karoczkai, CEO of Mutualink. Inc. “The low cost of our simple, feature rich plug-and-play system makes interoperable communications accessible to high value community assets such as schools and hospitals, creating completely interoperable communities,” he added.

Mutualink redefines interoperability by creating networks of interoperable communities that are instantly capable of sharing radio, voice, text, video, data files and telephone communications in a secure environment. The combination of affordability, invitation based control and a simplicity of use changes the way communities across the country communicate.
