At 3:00 pm our office began giving out candy for Halloween, and we broke our own record, over 1,000 trick-or-treaters! Despite the early snowfall, cold weather, closed roads, and downed trees, thousands of people walked along Broad Avenue throughout the afternoon into the late evening.
